Hello, my friends. How has 2018 been so far? I hope all is well with each one of you. I’ve been thinking a lot about the love of our God and it’s been on my heart lately.
The love of our God is so strong. Nothing could and ever will pull us away from it. Read Romans 8:38-39.
The love of our God is unconditional. He loves us even though we’re sinners and we disobey Him. He will never, ever, ever stop loving us. It lasts forever.
The love of our God is like no other. Nothing else satisfies like His love does.
His love is all-consuming and His love never stops pursuing our hearts. It brings us to life. Without it, well, we’re nothing without it. It’s so deep, so wide, so long, and so high. His love is immeasurable. There is no way to measure it. We just know it’s so deep, so wide, so long, and so high! I will never understand His love because I just can’t. It’s incomprehensible.
And let’s not forget…because of His love, He gave His one and only son to die for you, for me, and for everyone so that we wouldn’t have to. The name of His son-the ULTIMATE sacrifice- is Jesus. How precious and beautiful and sweet is that Name. His Name is Name above all Names. At the mention of His Name, every knee will bow, in heaven and on earth. All the honor, all the power, all the glory to the Name of Jesus! He died so we could live, and He also rose back to life. You and I have His Resurrection Blood flowing in our veins! He traded death for eternal life and no matter what, the Cross has the FINAL word!!!
So, let’s never forget the sacrifice God gave in His love on our behalf, because it is incredible. Thank Him for it!
While you’re reading, go listen to Only Your Love by my favorite singer/worship leader Kari Jobe and Resurrection Blood and The Cross Has The Final Word by Kari’s husband, Cody Carnes.
The Lord used their music to help me realize what true worship is. Before He brought their music into my life, I remember feeling like the words I was singing were just words. I prayed that God would help me to truly worship Him for who He is. Then later on my dad had been listening to Revelation Song sung by Kari Jobe. I thought, “Hmm, I should listen to her music!” So I did. God then changed my heart through her music and because of that I’m forever thankful.
Then, I found her husband Cody’s music too! They both mean SO, SO much to me and I want find a way to thank them for being God’s bright lights not only in my life but also in other people’s lives too. Thank you, Kari and Cody 🙂 I love you both very much.
Anyway…hey, I met Ryan Stevenson and Adam Agee on Saturday night at my aunt’s church! I love their music and I got selfies with them. Go listen to them too, haha 😉
I hope you all have a joyful week!
